- "Sevilla" - the resort's all-day dining restaurant: serving breakfast until noon. "Sevilla" has the longest breakfast hours in the UAE, before moving on to an à la carte Mediterranean menu for the rest of the day.
- "Mozart Café" - Viennese chocolate pralines and pastries, cakes, sandwiches and a range of teas and coffees are available all day in the cool confines of the in the lobby.
- "Black Pearl" - elegant piano bar with harp performance every evening, while choosing from a wide menu of cocktails and assorted canapés.
